Representation is different from a support person and allows us to negotiate and discuss the issues directly on your behalf, while you observe.

We provide monthly payslip audits to identify errors, which is especially valuable for those under the complex Black Coal Award. We monitor leave entitlements and verify bonus calculations to ensure you are being paid accurately for every hour worked.

While our standard subscription is forward-looking, we offer specialized audits for previous periods of pay. New members can select a specific timeframe for review to identify and rectify historical underpayments.
